I have gone to chapel here on base every Sunday (minus one, where I went to church in town). And... every Sunday we say the Lord's Prayer, without fail. I always knew it was important, after all it is how Jesus taught us to pray (Matthew 6:5-15 & Luke 11:1-4), and we all memorized it early on in Sunday School. Sadly I think I took a nonchalant view, in regards to it being said/repeated on a military base. I feel horrible looking back on it... Now, I will never think this way again.
