On Saturday Adrien and I headed to WCC, they were hosting their 2nd Annual Paliku Arts Festival. The coolest thing about this festival was it focused on doing art, not only seeing art!
The Royal Hawaiian Band had a wonderful performance accompanied by hula. We got to make tie-dye bandanas, ink-print postcards, stenciled printing ink cards, and ceramic die-cast plaques. It was a wonderful afternoon, giving us some great pieces of art as well as some new techniques and ideas. I hope to be able to attend next year.
